Each user's dashboard works on 1 registered computer and 1 registered phone or tablet. Other devices are refused, even with the right password, so a login cannot be shared. Changing device is easy: remove the old one under Account → Devices, or confirm a code sent to your email when signing in on the new one. The engine runs on 1 PC and does not count as a device. Need more, for example a rig PC and an office PC? Add Extra device sign-in (US$29/month each) or Extra engine PC (US$49/month each). The subscription is personal: colleagues subscribe separately.
Paid plans are invoiced. You receive an invoice by email (numbered BW-<year>-<n>, printable as a PDF) and pay it in rupiah by bank transfer: the US$ list price at the live USD to IDR rate, plus a three-digit unique code so we can match your transfer. Your account activates when the payment is confirmed, within one working day. Once activated, a BCA Virtual Account option confirms payments automatically. Card payments are not offered yet. A trial needs no payment at all.
A well that receives live pushes from the engine. Finished wells stay in the dashboard forever and do not count. Drilling two wells at the same time needs one extra-rig add-on.
Your account record (email address, optional organization name, a hashed password), the license state, your invoices and - if you use sync - encrypted data objects we cannot read. Nothing else. See security and privacy.
A reasoning backend on your own workstation: either your own Anthropic API key (you pay Anthropic directly for what you use) or a free local model through Ollama (works offline, nothing leaves the PC). The written analysis and the Ask box are answered by the engine on that workstation. Questions from the dashboard are encrypted and answered by your engine; our servers relay ciphertext only. Without the add-on, a rule-based narrator writes the event analysis.
Yes. Prices are listed in US dollars and every invoice is payable in rupiah by bank transfer from any bank, in Indonesia or abroad. If you need the SWIFT details for an international transfer, ask through the contact form. Prices exclude taxes; no VAT is currently charged.
You get reminders before the end date. After it the engine stops pushing and the dashboard stays readable for 7 days, then sign-in is refused. Your data is on your own disk the whole time - nothing to export, nothing to lose.
